Set up some basic counters.

After you execute the command, it'll take few seconds to create counters. They will appear at the bottom of channel list.
This is how they look. Channel Icon is "🔒" for everyone without admin permission.
You'll need to specify twitch username in command argument and execute it after. Counters will appear as a separate category.
