You can change the format of the counts and other stuff (like the time of {clock} counter) with this command
{clock}
@Member Counter locale [locale/disable]
@Member Counter locale es-ES @Member Counter locale en-US @Member Counter locale en-EN @Member Counter locale in-EN @Member Counter locale disable
